Many of you are forced to leave your family, friends, wives, boyfriend or girlfriend to study abroad or serve on a mission; as a result, these relationships are broken because of distance, lack of affection, and many others. But do not worry anymore: there are several tips to keep a long relationship

Nowadays technology has revolutionized things via Smartphone. Use all means possible to communicate with your partner whether in video call or audio via the applications available to your Smartphone i.e. Whatsapp, Messenger, Facebook, etc … as it will make you feel that your partner is always ready for you and will always have time to communicate because dialogue is the rope that connects a relationship.
In all relationships have and will always have problems and in some cases this often leads to separation; and there are many things that you should not tell to your partner like words that will hurt him, make him doubt you and your loyalty/faithful to him or her. The best way to avoid them is to communicate via dialogue and to put your ego or pride aside and go to your partner.

Currently, the world is so advanced with internet and post offices, so there’s no excuse not to send a postcard or a gift to the person we care about. Small gifts or surprises are one of the most beautiful things that will touch your partner deeply because this is a proof that you care about him, her or them; and will motivate how important the person is to you. Is not it romantic? The day of his/her birthday or Valentine’s Day send a bouquet of flowers or made a surprise that he or she did not expect and your links will tighten.

Since jealousy is the greatest proof of love it must not be too much to feel in a relationship. You should always tell the truth to your partner no matter of the situation as this will increase trust between you. Never focus on the gossip that is told about your partner go to him or she just asked the truth. For fidelity, it’s all about being sincere to the other.

And finally, you must always tighten the ropes in highs and lows, because your solidarity will bring you closer and increase your intimacy.

Guys here are some tips from my personal experience and I await your comments. Especially do not hesitate to contact me via my email, to add other tips or even to criticize me.
Thanks for reading this post guys.

During the week, people are so busy, and they don’t have time to get into the kitchen and cook something for each mal; therefore, they resort to buying foods outside or order it, but that doesn’t helps you it’s expensive and that food sometime doesn’t taste as well as you want it to. But don’t worry; here are some tips that will help you to overcome that.
You should think about 03meals that you want to cook (I recommend you to choose your favorites meals) and those that you know the recipe of.

After deciding the meals, write down the ingredients, then build a brief list without forgetting something that you will eat while you are cooking such as biscuit, chocolate or fruits ( for those who are on a diet). These things will help you keep your appetite because certain when they’re so hungry they lose your appetite and also for the children if you have some, so they will nibble while waiting for the meal to be cooked.

In this case, you should choose a day on a week that you’re less busy, and I recommend you Sunday because it’s the coolest day of the week. Then go to a supermarket not far from your home and buy everything you will need without forgetting the dishes to converse your meals.

After buying all your ingredients you should cook components of your meals such as tomatoes green condiments because it will help you to manage your time cooking

After cooking, you should put it in the dishes that you bought previously, then put it in the fridge. After all of that you must build a calendar that will guide on what you have to microwave and eat for your lunch; don’t eat the same food for 02 days successively because it’s not healthy.
You should always make sure there is enough place in your fridge otherwise you’ll think you have enough of meals while not. To overcome this, you must build a list of things that you have in your fridge as that you will know what you have or what you don’t have.
Meals are easier and quicker to prepare if you keep your pantry well-stocked. Don’t run out of olive oil at inconvenient moments. Have spices ready to dress up chicken and beans quickly. Keep a lemon and a sheaf of fresh herbs in the fridge at all times.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
